I tried this Blancas Colinas Malbec Wine from Argentina today and was impressed. This wine gave a full fruity taste as soon as it hit my tongue. The aroma of cherry and smoke. Then when you it transfers into a smokey and a little blueberry flavors. There was something I was not sure how to identify and I checked the tasting notes that that tasting notes supplied with the order and there it was cedar flavors and it made sense.
The wine food pairing is from duck, ribs and pasta. I had it with lasagna. It was good but I think the wine can handle a little more spicy food. So maybe with spicy Italian sausage to kick it up a notch. I was good and my next batch of wine is ship on the September 10th and I looking forwards to it!
